What becomes possible when people and organizations come together to put nature first - not just in what they say, but in how they lead, make decisions, work together and take action?

​

These monthly gatherings bring Organizational Allies and their leaders together to celebrate successes, share experiences, surface difficult challenges, and explore practical solutions. They offer a welcoming space to learn from one another, question familiar ways of thinking, and discover new possibilities for aligning organizational priorities with the health of the natural world.

Our next on-line gathering / meeting will be on Tuesday December 8th from 1:30 - 3:00 pm.

Together, we’ll explore how leadership, organizational culture, values, and everyday practices can either reinforce the status quo or help create meaningful change. We’ll challenge assumptions constructively, share what’s working, learn from setbacks, and look for opportunities to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
